Welcome, writer.

I’m a writer, too. So we’re on the same journey, yes?

Okay, maybe we are.

And maybe we’re not. Maybe our journeys are a bit different.

But even though our paths may not be exactly the same, I’ll bet there are times when you’d like a reference–or maybe a coach–for your writing.

At least, I know there are times when I do.

When I’ve needed some shiny inspiration to keep my fingertips light against the keyboard,  a gentle push along the dusty path, or, Faulker help me, a reference to tell me the difference between toward or towards, I turned to books written on the craft of writing.

So I’ve wandered into the reference section of my local library or my favorite bookstore to seek out bits of instruction, inspiration, and advice.

And I was a bit overwhelmed at the number of choices.

I wondered which one to take home with me. Which one would help me with exactly what I needed.

You, too, writer?

Ok, maybe.

And even if you haven’t–even if you’ve never been bewildered at the sheer amount of books on writing available out there–maybe you wouldn’t mind a compilation of summaries, commentaries, and reviews of these very books.

You see, I’ve read a lot of them. (Insert bibliophile cliché here.)

Hence this little space, connecting you with the right book for your specific needs as a writer.

The right one for you.

Maybe you will find one or two that suit you.

Something that will make your journey a bit lighter. A bit less…dusty.

I hope so.
